Whitesales EM-Domes™ are built specifically to maximise the distribution of natural light. These premium quality skylights are available in a variety of shapes, sizes and glazing options, designed to meet every requirement.
Whitesales Rooflights and Skylights - Glazing Options
Whitesales EM-Domes™ are thermoformed from acrylic sheets or polycarbonate, available in single, double or triple skins. The impact strength of acrylic is 10 times that of glass, whereas the impact strength of polycarbonate is 250 times that of glass, being practically unbreakable.
These skylights are manufactured in opal diffused, clear or bronze glazing. A minimum 3mm thick glazing is used for all polycarbonate Em-Domes™.
Acrylic Em-Domes™ use a 3mm outer skin minimum with the inner skin thickness dependant on the size of the dome.
Whitesales Rooflights and Skylights - Shapes Available
Rectangular, square or circular Em-Domes™ are available. Pyramids are available in rectangular or square shaped units.
Available are a large variety of sizes from 500mm to 1700 x 2900mm, with many ex-stock items available for immediate delivery.
Whitesales Rooflights and Skylights - Em-Curbs
Em-Curbs are exceptional value for money, with a white internal finish they are produced to accompany the EM-Dome™ skylights to improve and enhance their general appearance. Em-Curbs heights are 150mm and 300mm.
The standard Em-Curb is thermally efficient and extremely robust, made from extruded white PVC-u. With its multi-chambers this product is suited to most roof finishes.
Em-Curbs are also manufactured in GRP, with robust dome fixings, mounting flanges and integral 10mm polyurethane foam insulation. GRP Em-Curbs are compatible with any roofing material.
Whitesales Rooflights and Skylights - T-Curbs
T-Curbs are manufactured from mill-finished aluminium in an all-welded construction. They are produced especially to fit non-standard roof openings. A white foamed PVC-u insulating lining is provided as standard and if necessary, any extra external insulation can be added prior to waterproofing.
Whitesales Rooflights and Skylights - T-Curb Adaptors, Collars and Flanges
Em-Domes™ can be fitted where a specific size match is not possible with T-Curb adaptors, collars and flanges. T-Curb adaptors, collars and flanges are purpose made in order to match any size or existing proprietary upstand or builder’s kerb.
